About Me

I’m Kathryn, a highly experienced administration professional with over 20 years’ experience across Queensland Health, local government and private sector environments. My background spans health, executive support, planning, finance and remote administration; giving me a practical, grounded understanding of what it takes to keep a business organised and running smoothly.

Throughout my career, I’ve supported busy professionals and multidisciplinary teams in fast-paced, confidential and highly regulated environments. I’m known for my reliability, attention to detail and ability to work autonomously while maintaining clear communication and strong systems.

Reduced rate for monthly support clients

Minimum 5 hours a month

Designed for businesses who need consistent, professional admin support.  Monthly support locks out time in my calendar specifically for your business at a lower hourly rate. Time can be spent how you need it with either daily, weekly or fortnightly allocations or just randomly over the month as things arise.

  • Billed monthly in advance

  • Hours can be increased in 1 hour increments

  • No lock-in contact

  • Additional hours are only undertaken at client request and upon client approval. 

  • Approved additional hours are invoiced at the end of the month at the monthly support rate.

  • Hours reset each month and do not roll over. 

Casual / Ad-hoc Support

Designed for businesses whose needs vary regularly, have one-off tasks, short term overflow admin or catch up work.  Support is provided when my calendar allows and your requirements such as specific time periods can be discussed at onboarding.
